ANRO’s direct mail capabilities, coupled with our full-service printing operations, provide you with worry-free, one-stop service. Our 30,000 square-foot dedicated mailing facility is located less than one mile from our main plant and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and software to effectively meet any mailing need.

COMPREHENSIVE MAIL SERVICES

ANRO’s direct mail services include sophisticated list management, postal correction and consultation services. We also offer traditional lettershop operations – inkjetting (one-dimensional and synchronized variable data imaging), inserting, sorting, folding, gluing, tabbing stamping, metering and mailing.

ANRO is a United Postal Service Business Partner and a member of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Postal Council. We are proactive in developing programs and strategies to move you through the maze of postal regulations. With the aid of CASS-approved software, we process your mailing lists to ensure the lowest postage and fastest delivery service possible.

PLANT LOAD PRIVILEGES

ANRO’s mail facility hosts a US Postal Service office and staff dedicated to our clients’ needs. This onsite USPS office is a special privilege of ANRO’s plant load status. Our clients’ mail is inspected and approved right at our plant, allowing us to avoid the bottleneck at regional USPS distribution centers that other mailers must navigate. This also provides our clients with onsite USPS consulting expertise.

Because we’re a full-service commercial printer, our clients can take advantage of our expertise through the entire production process. Small changes made upstream can often result in big savings later in the print and mail processes.

ANRO’s mailroom supervisor sits on the board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Postal Council, and our experienced staff and onsite USPS personnel provide valuable consultative expertise to our clients. Our suggested design and mailing distribution changes have resulted in significant savings for many of our clients’ campaigns.
