Fulfillment and Inventory

From straightforward to complex, ANRO can develop an inventory & fulfillment program to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Your fulfillment program can leverage any or all of ANRO’s extensive services – digital asset management, prepress, offset & digital printing, dimensional printing, inventory and direct mail – and can incorporate ANRO’s custom online programs. These web-based programs are designed and branded to appear as a seamless extension of your corporate website.

Fulfillment programs can incorporate the use of static printed collateral previously produced by ANRO, offset printed shells that are digitally imprinted for personalization upon release, or variable data pieces produced on-demand with custom content unique to each individual piece. Promotional items and other non-print materials can also be inventoried and released as part of your fulfillment program.

Material releases can be set to accommodate requests from authorized staff within your organization, distributors, or third-party inquiries. All data is captured and can be used by your marketing department to track usage or generate leads.

ANRO fulfillment services utilize dedicated inventory, fulfillment and direct mail facilities with segregated inventory areas for individual projects. Materials are palletized, shelved, and stored in bins as appropriate in secure, coded locations. Kitting assembly and project staging areas within these facilities are designed to accommodate a broad range of diverse project requirements.

The distribution of your fulfillment materials also benefits from our direct mail capabilities, which include official plant load privileges and a staffed U.S. Postal Service office within our facilities. Materials can be picked, kitted, packaged, inspected and USPS-approved for immediate release into the mail stream before leaving our facilities.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

ANRO’s inventory management services provide a seamless flow from production to distribution of your printed materials. Our programs are designed to simplify your ability to track and manage your materials. Detailed inventory data is tracked through our networked ERP software, and barcodes can be employed as an additional tracking and security measure. Program protocols and reorder points are set according to your usage projections and adjusted as needed. Reporting parameters are highly flexible; both on-demand and pre-defined periodic reports can be viewed online, or distributed via email or hardcopy.

SECURE STORAGE

Clients’ inventoried materials are stored in secure facilities protected with multi-zoned security systems, alarmed and monitored to prevent unauthorized access. All entrances that are not attended by an employee are locked, and visitors must sign in with a receptionist before being escorted by an employee. Delivery personnel are not permitted beyond a designated receiving area.

ONLINE PROGRAMS

ANRO’s web-based print management programs provide custom interfaces to all of ANRO’s capabilities online. Developed and hosted by ANRO, these solutions are highly flexible and scalable. Available online features include, but are not limited to, the ability to place or release print and fulfillment orders, track orders, select or enter variable text and images for digital print-on-demand (POD) pieces, view proofs, and generate relevant reports.
